In the heart of Stockholm, The world's most unjust restaurant opened, serving a three-course meal for 2 kr. Why the low price? To display just how little the farmers have earned on that meal. With its unusually low price, Oxfam was able to reach out in a whole new way, getting more people to reflect on the aftertaste that comes with the knowledge of the world's food cost injustice.
Media were invited to a dinner, and they wrote and talked about the issue. Unpaid influencers were also invited which resulted in engagement in their channels with 544,000 followers. Altogether, the issue received deserved attention to the tune of about 4 million kronor.
