The vision of the Swedish Work Environment Authority (Arbetsmiljöverket) is to ensure that no one becomes ill, injured, or loses their life due to their job. Good working environments prevent disasters and allow everything to continue running smoothly. Guided by our concept "Undramatic Stories," we aimed to continuously remind people of the importance of a healthy work environment. Our target audience includes Swedish employers in construction, retail, office, and restaurant sectors, as well as employees.

We took inspiration from the dramatic world of news around us to showcase how we can contribute with all the uneventful moments that never happened. Across radio, print, film, and banners, each medium was given its own unique idea to fit within its news context. The outcome was traffic announcements, news articles, reports, and headlines depicting how everything is proceeding smoothly. We also conducted a live report on Bengt, featuring interviews with reporters, Bengt himself, and his colleagues, highlighting how Bengt was not hit by a truck.

Many are aware of the consequences IT intrusions can bring. Fewer people know that hackers have identified additional attack surfaces through Operational Technology (OT). Instead of targeting sensitive personal data, they focus on critical infrastructure such as medical equipment, water purification, or power supply. TXOne is an expert in OT security and approached us with the task of creating something that highlights the new technology and alerts to the risks it entails.

With the coffee table book OTopia, we aimed to make the complex world of OT security more comprehensible. Building on facts, we created five chapters with stories based on highly plausible future scenarios: The Hospital, The Train, The Factory, The Water Disaster, and The Poisoning. In each chapter, a panel with various areas of expertise then provided comments and discussed the complications the stories would lead to if they were to occur in reality.

Crispbread is fragile, and therefore perhaps not an obvious choice for a hike. We felt that it’s a shame. Packs of crispbread all around the world were left at home, alone instead of being out on a nice hike in nature. But what if that could be changed? What if there was a bag that not only protects and keeps the bread intact, but also makes you the best looking person in the forest? Here is “Trekanten” (The Triangle), a bag for all the challenges of the hike. 

Leksand's crispbread has a very unstressed production method, i.e. that it is not an accelerated fermentation process. As a tribute to the unstressed, we wanted to encourage crispbread eaters to live by the same principle. To go out into nature, find a quiet place and enjoy the crispbread. “Triangeln” is a fine craft leather bag, made in cooperation with Tärnsjö Garveri, equipped with a fire steel, a butter knife. Its durable inside is made of sheet metal. It is tailored to Leksand's unique triangular shaped crisp bread, which has looked the same since 1986. Pretty unstressed if you ask us.

In May 2022, the Transport Museum (Spårvägsmuseet) finally opened its doors at the new location. For this, a communication concept was developed, based on the feeling of visiting the newly opened museum. “Kollektivt kul” – Public fun. For little ones. And the ones a bit older.
To draw attention to the opening, we chose to bring forward and expand the visitor experience – beyond the museum's walls, through outdoor advertising (OOH) at child height and all the way into the children's rooms. We chose to do this with an AR imaging. For the children of the 2020s. With an AR filter, we could bring new life to old vehicles. All this to be able to experience vehicle magic before and after visits and extend the feeling of Spårvägsmuseet's grand history. The AR posters have been produced in collaboration with the world-renowned children's book illustrator Ingela P Arrhenius.

Stockholm's public transport (SL) is at the forefront when it comes to environmental and climate responsibility, but awareness of this is relatively low. Most people who associate SL with climate responsibility base their perception on emotion, not on actual knowledge. The purpose was to draw attention to what SL does, but what the public does not know. The creative solution was to portray Stockholm's beautiful public transport environments. They became a backdrop and provided context for the campaign, which brought forward specific examples of SL’s long term environmental efforts and visualised its goals.

All the jobs that were lost during the pandemic are not coming back. With the ‘Banbrytarna’ concept, Swedish Public Employment Service (Arbetsförmedlingen) wants to inject courage in those who became unemployed during the corona crisis and get them to open up to the idea of changing careers (‘byta bana’ in Swedish).

With honest stories, from real people at different stages of their working lives, we wanted to wash away taboos about "being in between jobs" and normalise the idea of changing career paths during work life. Selected ‘banbrytare’ gave their view on what it is actually like to change careers. In this historic time in the labour market, there are many stories to tell.

‘Banbrytarna’ aimed to reach primarily those at risk of long-term unemployment and increase their interest in changing career paths, and in the long term, get more people to take that first step on a new path. Swedish Public Employment Service has a range of digital services to guide everybody forward.

	With brutal honesty, Stockholm Water and Waste (Stockholm Vatten och Avfall) is trying to increase awareness of the food waste issue. There are far too few Stockholm residents who sort their food waste, only 26%. That is not good enough. Praising all those who are fighting may be a way to get more people to think that they should maybe start doing the same.
